Raising Everett[]
Despite being thought to be well respected, Sheriff Backstrom had a great hate for his son. When Everett was ten, Sheriff Backstrom pistol whipped him.[1] He had done this terrible thing to make sure that Backstrom never touched his gun again, and he never did.
