Charles Turner is the campus security guard at Beech College and brother of Catherine Turner. He is currently on trial where the DA is going for the death penalty
Biography[]
During the investigation of Toby's murder, Charles helped block off the other students from entering the scene. He was then blamed by Everett Backstrom for being the killer solely because of his skin color. After learning Cassandra's real name is Catherine Turner, Backstrom interrogated Turner. Turner revealed he was there when the murder happened and Visser jammed the heroin into Toby's face after he had pulled a gun. Later, the district attorney planned on going for the death penalty for being involved in homicide.[1]
