Samantha Orland is an arsonist working as an arson investigator.
Biography[]
Samantha Orland was present at the scene of a crime where she reported to Portland Police Department. Everett quickly noted he doesn't trust her. They later realize that Samantha was indeed the arsonist who worked as an arson investigator to falsify evidence. Samantha while stalking the family she had hurt, had a visit from the S.C.U.. She claimed it was just a false story but they had found the materials in the trunk of her car. She was then arrested by Nicole Gravely.[1]
